Prior to receiving my Sundance serape, I kept my expectations in check. I had never heard of the Compadre brand and there are so many cheap knockoff brands advertising on social media. The reviews were glowing but I wasn't sure whether to trust that they were real. Let me just tell you... I was so blown away when I opened the package. This serape is very high quality and the colors were exactly as I saw them on the website... natural, rustic and earthy. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. So much so that I just ordered the Old Sol falsa, as well. The serape is cozy and comfortable but the falsa should be even more so. The price point is more than fair for such high quality and I'm sure I'll be ordering more to give as gifts.

As a first time buyer, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the blankets and the customer care service. The blankets arrived well folded. They are thick, soft and heavy and the beautiful deep colours are as pictured. Probably will need to wash a couple of times so the natural fibers stops shedding. Happy with my purchase!

We bought this as a sturdy blanket to keep at the end of our bed where our cat loves to nap and stretch his claws when he awakens (hence the need for something sturdy)! I've had a handful of these over the years and this is definitely the highest quality of any version I've seen thus far. It feels thick and durable and you can tell it was made with an attention to detail. Cool brand too. Will probably buy some as gifts.
